This petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R., in Cr.No.6 of 2019 dated 14.11.2019 on the file of the respondent herein against the petitioner for the Offences under Sections 11(iii) and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that already final report has been filed before the Mahila Court, Namakkal on 29.02.2020 itself and it is pending for taking cognizance. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
