The impugned tender notice issued on 16.12.2014 is under challenge in the present Writ Petition.

2. The period of tender itself expired long back. Therefore, the cause aroused for filing of the present Writ Petition did not exist as of now. However, it is for the petitioner to approach the competent authority if any grievance exist as of now.
