Mr.Abdul Saleem [For R1 & R2] R3 - No appearance COMMON ORDER The Tender cum Auction Notification issued by Tamil Nadu Arasu Cable TV Corporation Limited on 31.01.2015 is under challenge in the writ petitions and more specifically, clause 2.12 of the tender notification.
2. In view of the fact that the Tender Notification, which is under challenge, was issued in the year 2015 and the tender auction and its procedures were concluded in the year 2015 itself. Thus, the grounds raised in the present writ petitions lost its relevance and if at all, the petitioners wishes to participate, they are at liberty to participate in the forthcoming tender cum auction Notification, if any to be issued by the respondents. However, no relief can be granted in these writ petitions.
3. Accordingly, both the writ petitions stand dismissed. No costs.
Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
