ORDER
This civil revision petition has been filed to set aside the docket order dated 14.06.2016 and made in OP.No.2434 of 2011 on the file of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai.
2. This revision was filed in the year 2016 and the sole petitioner died in
the year 2018 itself. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought time to implead the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner. Thereafter, the civil revision petition was listed on so many occasions and even then, the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner did not take any steps to implead themselves as the legal heirs of the deceased sole petitioner.

Today also, the learned counsel for the petitioner is absent. Even till today, no steps have been taken to implead the legal heirs of the deceased sole petitioner. Therefore, this civil revision petition is dismissed as abated. However, the legal heirs of the deceased sole petitioner are at liberty to file a petition to implead themselves as the legal heirs of the deceased sole petitioner.
