This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.485 of 2023 dated 24.01.2023 that the petitioner shall stay at Tirunelveli and report before the Town Police Station, Palayamkottai at 10.30 p.m., daily for the period of six weeks and thereafter, he shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for another period of three months and he shall cooperate with the trial proceedings.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.485 of 2023 dated 24.01.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
