ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in para No.6(b) of the order dated 05.01.2026 made in Crl.O.P.No.35130 of 2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate [Crl.side] appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.
3. Considering the submissions made on either side and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed in para 6(b) of the order in Crl.O.P.No. 35130 of 2025 dated 05.01.2026 is modified to that effect that "the petitioner shall report before the concerned satisfaction Court on alternate days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders". The other conditions shall remain unaltered.
