O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the first respondent to pay the subsistence allowance as applicable to the writ petitioner.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the subsistence allowance has been calculated and a cheque drawn on the Cuddalore District Central Co-operative Bank Limited, Cuddalore O.T. Branch, dated 05.04.2019 in favour of the writ petitioner, which has been handed over to the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and therefore, the grievances of the writ petitioner has been redressed.

3.In view of the fact that the payment of subsistence allowance is now paid by way of cheque to the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, no further adjudication is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

required in respect of the reliefs as such sought for in the writ petition.

4.Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
