ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition. He has also circulated a Letter dated 14.08.2023 to the Registry to that effect. An Endorsement to the said effect is also made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the Petition today.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
