ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the second respondent for non compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 08.09.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.13881 of 2020, thereby this Court directed the second respondent to conduct an enquiry on the statement recorded from the petitioner and if any cognizable offence is made out, the second respondent is directed to register a case and proceed in accordance with law.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the second respondent has conducted an enquiry in Crime No.800 of 2021 for the offences under Sections 323 and 506(i) of IPC on 24.06.2021.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Contempt Petition is closed.
