This petition has been filed to permit the petitioner/proposed respondent-2 herein to be impleaded as Respondent No.2 in the above Crl.O.P.No.4043 of 2023 pending before this Hon'ble Court.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed along with the above petition.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the Criminal Original Petition.
