ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction, directing the second respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner for appointment as Health Inspectors / Sanitary Inspectors / Multi purpose Health Workers.

2. Based on representation, the petitioner cannot be provided any employment. Subsequently, so many notifications were issued for recruitment to the post of Health Inspectors / Sanitary Inspectors / Multi purpose Health Workers. Therefore, the petitioner ought to have applied for the said post in the manner known to law. Therefore, the representation submitted by the petitioner cannot be considered for his employment. 2/4

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no orders as to costs.
