J U D G M E N T
Today, when the appeal is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent is present before this Court.
2. The learned counsel appearing on both side represented that from the date of judgment, the appellant is in jail. Now on a perusal of documents, the appellant was convicted on 22.07.2005, further, he was sentenced to undergo nine years rigorous imprisonment and to pay a fine of Rs.500/- in default to undergo six months rigorous imprisonment.
3. Accordingly, now the period of sentence completed, so nothing survives in keeping the appeal pending. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. Accordingly, this criminal appeal is closed as infractuous.
