O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J) Petitioner is the father of the detenu, namely, Nirmal Kumar, S/o.Ramesh, who has been branded as 'Goonda' under the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and detained under orders of second respondent passed in Memo No.690/BCDFGISSSV/2018, dated 10.08.2018. Such order is under challenge herein.
2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, would submit that the detention order passed against the son of petitioner in Memo No.690/BCDFGISSSV/2018 dated 10.08.2018 on the file of the second respondent, is revoked vide G.O.Rt.No.4152, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIII) Department, dated 28.09.2018 and produced a copy of the said order.
3. In view of the above, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed as it has become infructuous.
