ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the second respondent to permit the petitioner to run the tiffin center in the Government Primary Health Center, Mudur, Arakkonam Taluk, Vellore District for supply of food to the patients based on the representation of the petitioner dated 16.10.2019 forthwith.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has made a representation dated 16.10.2019 to the respondents in respect of his grievance, there was no averment made in the affidavit to that effect, except annexing a copy of the said representation in the typeset of papers.

3. It is seen that the petitioner has not even filed any acknowledgment in proof of despatching the representation dated 16.10.2019 and therefore, this Court posed a question to the learned counsel for the petitioner as to how the present Writ petition is maintainable and entertained.

4. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to make a fresh representation and thereafter to approach this Court in case the issue is not solved.
