Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the conditional order passed by this Honble Court in Crl.OP.NO.17292 of 2017 dated 30.08.2017.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.SANTHANA SINAKARTHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. K. MADHAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent-State.
2. These petitioners were granted anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.17292 of 2017 on 30.08.2017 on certain conditions, one of which, is that "the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties, of whom, one should be a blood relative".
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners seek modification of the aforesaid condition on the ground that the petitioners do not have any blood relative for standing surety. The
petitioners have filed individual affidavits in support of their plea.
4. Accepting his submission, the condition imposed in the order dated 30.08.2017 is modified to the effect that " the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties, of whom, one should be a relative".
5. Rest of the conditions imposed in the order dated 30.08.2017 shall remain the same. Two weeks time is extended for furnishing sureties from the date of receipt of the amended copy of the order.
Registry is directed to issue the amended copy of the order in Crl.O.P.No.17292 of 2017 dated 30.08.2017. -sd/- 02/11/2017 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
