Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 18.03.2017 and 04.04.2017 and to calculate the payment of pension of the petitioners from the date of joining as a consolidated servant in service for the purpose of calculation of the payment of pension.

M/s.T.S.Gopalan & Co., learned counsel, takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioners made representations to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondents for the purpose of counting their temporary service for calculating pension. The representations made by them on 18.03.2017 and 04.04.2017 are still pending with the respondents. Aggrieved over the same, the petitioners are before this court.

3.Heard the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners.

4.Considering the limited prayer, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, a direction is given to the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioners dated 18.03.2017 and 04.04.2017 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance in law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
