This petition is came to be numbered by transfer O.A.No.1610 of 2003 from the file of Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal praying this Court to quash the proceedings of the first respondent in No.A1/31162/2001: O/O No.11 of 2002 dated 22.01.2002 and consequently direct the 1st respondent to place the applicant over and above respondents 2 to 11 and extend all consequential benefits arising thereto including promotion as Assistant Director and other promotion from the date on which her immediate junior was promoted. ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.R.Govindasamy, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent placing on record a letter dated 28.01.2015 issued by the Director-in-charge, Forensic Sciences Department, submitted that in superseding the impugned seniority list, the Director of Forensic Sciences Department during 2006 issued revised seniority list vide proceeding No.A1/42200/2006 OO No.190 and 191/2006 dt.09.10.2006 and A1/42200/2006 OO No.194/2006 dt. 25.10.2006 and the same has been upheld by the Division Bench of this Court in its common order passed in W.P.No.12751 of 2004 and 23 others dated 28.01.2009 and hence, nothing survives in the writ petition. He has also further submitted that revision petition filed against the order of the Division Bench was also dismissed on 22.02.2010.
