ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed directing the respondents to remove the petitioner's name from the History Sheet in H.S.No.12 of 2021 on the file of the third respondent by considering his representation dated 06.03.2023 within a time limit to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. When the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's name was already removed from the history sheet. Therefore, she seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition. She has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court record.
