Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a WRIT OF MANDAMUS forbearing the respondents from in any manner effecting any recovery process against the petitioner in connection with the claim of excessive payment in fixing the pay allowing the fitment benefit.

ORDER

Heard M/s.R.Krithiga Devi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Surendran, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

2. The Writ Petition has been filed for seeking a Writ of Mandamus to forbear the respondents in any manner effecting any recovery process against the petitioner in connection with the claim of excessive payment in fixing the pay allowing the fitment benefit.

3. When the matter was taken up today,M/s.R.Krithiga Devi, learned 2/4

counsel for the petitioner submitted that subsequent to the filing of this Writ Petition, the entire payment had been released to the petitioner. In fact, the respondents have also filed a counter by stating the above fact.
