O R D E R

The petitioners filed this petition to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6494 of 2020 on 23.03.2020 that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. from 15.04.2020 until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
