The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the fifth respondent to permit the petitioner to appear for the university exams based on the letter No.6006/DHFWS/BOME/E3/Complaint/2025-26 dated 07.03.2025 on the file of the fourth respondent.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is pursuing MBBS at the fifth respondent Institution, however, the fifth respondent has not taken any decision to allow the 2/5

petitioner to sit for examination scheduled to be held on 13.03.2025. The learned counsel further submitted that the fourth respondent vide order dated 07.03.2025 directed the fifth respondent to allow the petitioner to sit for examination and the said order was not implemented. The learned counsel further prayed that this Court, without going into the merits of the case, may issue direction to the fifth respondent to implement the order of the fourth respondent dated 07.03.2025 forthwith.

3.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the fifth respondent to implement the order of the fourth respondent dated 07.03.2025 on or before 13.03.2025 10.00a.m., if there is there is no legal impediment, subject to satisfaction of attendance.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader (P) appearing for the respondents 2 and 4 is directed to communicate the order of this Court to the fifth respondent.

5.The writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
