ORDER

This petition has been filed to grant an order of stay against all further proceedings in O.S.No.300 of 2008 on the file of IV Additional District Judge, Erode District at Bhavani, pursuant to the judgment and decree dated 27.02.2019 2.This Court by order dated 08.04.2019 has granted an order of interim stay in respect of taking delivery of the possession alone. However, the same has not been extended after 25.04.2019. It is seen from the records that 2/4

the service has been complete in the appeal. Since the main appeal is ripe for final hearing and ordered to be so listed, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
