This petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.17 of 2023 pending on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned counsel appearing for both sides submitted that the charge sheet in C.C.No.263 of 2024 has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Alandur.

3. Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the Trial Court is directed to complete the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
