Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to include the petitioner in the panel for promotion to the post of High School Headmaster as on 01.01.2015 in between Serial Nos.161 to 162 and consequently promote him to the said post with effect from the date of promotion given to the list of juniors with all monetary service benefits as the modified order of punishment as per the order of the first respondent in the Proceeding Na.Ka.No.0074/C4/E1/2015 dated 10.03.2015 has no check period.
