Seeking for a mandamus to the respondent directing him to call the petitioner for interview to the post of Principal pursuant to the Notification / Advertisement No.423 dated 26.04.2015 issued by the respondent to be held on 08.06.2015 or on any other date, he has come forward with this writ petition.

2. Today, when the writ petition came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. This court, accordingly, grants permission to the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition.
