2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor [Pondy] appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the 3rd respondent Police have registered a case in Crime No.13 of 2016 on 01.08.2016 for offences under Section 419, 465, 468 and 471 r/w Section 34 IPC.

Recording the same, this petition is closed.
