ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register a case on the basis of the complaint dated 03.12.2014 of the petitioner and to proceed further in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. It is represented that the petitioner lodged a complaint with the respondent police and on the said complaint, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.622/2014. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Hence, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.622/2014 and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]. The petitioner is directed to co-operate with the police for enquiry.

5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
