This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall appear before respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for the period of three months and the petitioner should stay at Ooty in Crl.O.P.No.1514 of 2023 dated 02.02.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
