This writ miscellaneous petition has been filed to substitute the petitioners as the legal heirs of deceased Raman, who is sole petitioner in this writ petition.

2.Heard Mr.A.S.Mujiburrahman learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as Mr.N.Ramesh, learned Senior Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered.
