This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to file the final report in crime No.88 of 2013.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the investigation in Crime No.88 of 2013 under Section 174 Cr.P.C is almost complete and Final Report is ready and is to be filed. Hence, the respondent police is directed to expeditiously file the Final Report before the jurisdictional court.
