Heard Mr.R.Ezhilarasan, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Government Advocate for non-applicants 8 to 13 and 16.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he has already filed an impleading application, but the same is not considered. The matter is already kept on 27.03.2024 before the learned Single Judge.

The applicant shall move his impleading application before the learned Single Judge where the matter is pending. It is for the learned Single Judge to take a decision upon the same.

In view of that, the present application stands disposed of.
