This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to bring on record the proposed respondents 4 to 6 herein as legal representatives of deceased 3 rd respondent.

2. Mr.D.Veerasekharan, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that pending Second Appeal, the 3 rd respondent died on 20.01.2025. Hence, he has filed the above petition to bring his legal heirs on record.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit as justifiable one, this petition is allowed. The proposed legal representative of the 3 rd respondent are impleaded as respondents 4 to 6 in the above Second Appeal. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title.

4. Issue notice to the newly added respondents through court returnable by 21.07.2025. Private Notice is also permitted.

5. Post the matter on 21.07.2025.

6. Till then, interim order of stay already granted by this court on 28.11.2024 is extended.
