Respondent Prayer: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, praying to direct the respondent herein to give suitable directions to his subordinates that to provide the effective police protection to the petitioner's company to erect transmission cell phone tower and to install all the telecommunication electrical & electronics equipments, OFC Cable and its maintenance work on the said BTS transmission Tower at the Annexure - IV mentioned properties as to ensure the uninterrupted smooth telecom and internet services in Tamilnadu for various services such s e-commerce, banking & finance, egovernance, e-education, health care etc., for this challenging time of COVID-19.
