ORDER

The petitioners have come up with this writ petition for a mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to consider and pass orders on their representation dated 08.03.2010 with regard to cancellation of UDR Patta issued in favour of the respondents 4 to 9.

2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submitted that due to efflux of time, the writ petition may be closed with liberty to the petitioners to approach the respondents with a fresh representation to ventilate their grievances. 3.In view of the submission so made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, liberty is granted and this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
