Mrs.P.Rajalakshmi, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents submitted that the matter ought to have been listed yesterday. However, finding that the matter was not listed yesterday, the contemnors appeared before this Court and also produced the web copy of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ order of stay granted in W.A.No.2640 of 2018 on 10.12.2018.

Since the contemnors appeared before this Court and there has been an order of stay granted in W.A.No.2640 of 2018 on 10.12.2018, this contempt petition stands closed giving liberty to the parties to work out their remedy before the Division Bench.
