By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner claims to be the organizer of temple festival of Sri Maha Kaliyamman temple situated at H.Pudupatti Village, Pappireddipatti Taluk, Dharmapuri District and submitted an application/representation dated 2.06.2015 to the respondent seeking permission to conduct dance programme which is scheduled to be held on 17.06.2015 in connection with the said temple festival and since he has not been favoured with any response, came forward to file this writ petition.

3. Heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Roofus Abraham, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice for the respondent.

4. This Court, without going into the merits of the petitioner's representation dated 02.06.2015, directs the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation dated 02.06.2015 and pass orders in accordance with law on or before 15.06.2015 and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner.
