PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Section 115 of the Civil Procedure Code, to call for the records made in Judgment and order in I.A.No. 3 of 2020 in O.S.No. 8291 of 2019 dated 20.11.2021 passed by the VII Additional City Civil Court, Chennai and set aside the same to secure the ends of justice.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the respondent represented that already main suit in O.S.No. 8291 of 2019 itself was disposed of on 20.11.2021 on the date of order passed in I.A.No.3 of 2020. Therefore, the petitioner have not challenged the said decree. Hence, Page No.1 of 3
the petition has now become infructuous.
2. In view of the aforesaid representation of the learned counsel for the respondent, this Court is also verified the same through E-courts and found that the main suit was disposed of and nothing survives for further adjudication. Therefore, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
