O R D E R

(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN, J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/father of the detenue Revathi, aged about 17 years, to cause production of her daughter before this Court.

2. The alleged detenue Revathy, daughter of the petitioner, is secured and produced before this Court. On enquiry, the detenue https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

stated that she is a major, aged about 19 years and married one Manjunath, the third respondent herein and she is willing to go along with her husband. She has also produced a Certificate of Marriage issued by The Apostolic Faith Mission of India dated 29.06.2015. When questioned how they, being Hindus, solemnized marriage under the Christian Marriage Act, the detenue produced certificates issued by the Apostolic Faith Mission of India, which show that they were converted to Christian.
