This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the impugned order dated 13.02.2024 passed by the third respondent.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

The reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition are not satisfactory and hence this criminal original petition is dismissed with liberty direction to the petitioner to produce the certified copy of the impugned order dated 13.02.2024 passed by the third respondent/Deputy Superintendent of Police, Economic Offences Crime Wing, Chennai.

4. Upon such production, the Registry is directed to number the Criminal Original Petition, if it is otherwise in order.
