Recording the aforesaid fact and the endorsement so made, the present Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is made quite clear that the dismissal of the present Habeas Corpus Petition by this Court will not preclude the Petitioner to move before the competent forum seeking redressal of his grievances, of course, in the manner known to Law and in accordance with Law.
