Though the petitioner has challenged the impugned order of the respondent No. 2 in Na.Ka.1184/2014 A1, dated 28.03.2015, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would change his place of residence and thereafter, make a fresh application to the respondent No. 2.

2. Considering the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of, with a liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh application to the respondent No. 2 seeking 'No Objection Certificate'. As and when, such application is made by the petitioner, the respondent No. 2 will have to consider it and pass appropriate orders on merit.
3. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
