O R D E R

This Court after recording reasons, has granted interim orders on 13.08.2015 and it has been extended until further orders by this Court vide order dated 17.11.2015.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in the interregum, notice has been issued by the respondents/contemnors calling upon the petitioner to vacate from the residential quarters. Therefore, he is constrained to file the contempt petition.

3. However, learned Central Government Standing Counsel would submit that since the interim orders passed by this Court has been extended until further orders, there is no question of calling upon the petitioner to vacate from the residential quarters and prays for closure of the contempt petition. His submission is placed on record.

4. In the light of the said submission, the Contempt Petition is closed. It is needless to state

that the respondents cannot disturb the possession of the petitioner by virtue of the above said interim order till the disposal of the writ petition or vacation of the interim orders, whichever is earlier.
