ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order and final order passed in I.A.No.43 of 2016 in O.S.No.301 of 2014 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Erode dated 12.07.2016.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners filed a Memo dated 16.03.2022 stating that the subject matter suit in O.S.No.301 of 2014 has been decreed as early as 03.01.2019 before the Lower Court. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

3. The said Memo dated 16.03.2022 filed by the learned counsel for the petitioners has been taken on record.

4. In view of the aforesaid Memo filed by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected C.M.P.No.13049 of 2016 is closed. 16.03.2022 Index :
