ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 18.03.2016 in CSR No.88 of 2016 and to investigate the case and to file the final report before the appropriate court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. The Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on a complaint dated 18.03.2016 given by the petitioner, petition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

enquiry was conducted in CSR No.88 of 2016 and the same was closed on the ground that the entire cruelty had taken place at Tirupathi, which is in the state of Andra Pradesh and the petitioner was advised to approach jurisdictional police. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

Recording the same, this criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedy in the manner known to law.
