O R D E R

The prayer sought for in the present petition is to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of order dated 14.12.2017 of this Court made in Crl.O.P.No.27350 of 2017.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side)

submitted that the order of this Court dated 14.12.2017 has been complied since, the petitioner's complaint has been enquired and closed on 04.08.2018.

3. I am of the view that there is no willful disobedience of the earlier order of this Court dated 14.12.2017.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the contempt petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the closure report dated 04.08.2018 in accordance with law, if he choses to do so.
