PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner or his family members under the guise of enquiry. For Petitioner : Mr.T.K.S.Gandhi For R1 : Mr.C.Raghavan Government Advocate (Crl. Side)

O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent police not to harass the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent.

3. It is seen that the wife of the petitioner lodged a complaint for "man missing" and based on the complaint, the first respondent searching the petitioner.

4. Under the above circumstances, when the petitioner does not want to live with his wife, the 1st respondent can not interfere. As such the first respondent is directed not to harass the petitioner.
