Prayer: The Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Court Act, to punish the respondent for having committed contempt of Court by willfully disobedience of the orders of this Court passed in WP.No.33712 of 2014 dated 18.12.2014.

O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner made a submission that pursuant to the direction given by this Court in

WP.No.33712 of 2014 dated 18.12.2014, the respondent passed final orders in the disciplinary proceedings and the petitioner has also received a copy of the final orders. However, the learned counsel says that the arrears of amount due to him has not been settled. But there is no such direction in this regard by this Court. Thus, this Court is not inclined to consider the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner. At the outset, an order passed by this Court on 18.12.2014 in WP.No.33712 of 2014 has been complied with.

2. Thus, no further adjudication in this contempt petition is required to be undertaken. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed. However, there is no order as to costs. 27.10.2017 Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No sk
