ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner herein, who was arrested for the alleged offence under Section 302 of IPC in Crime No.72 of 2022, seeks bail.

2. Due to previous enmity, the petitioner herein has attacked the brother of the defacto complainant and caused his death.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police opposed granting of bail to the petitioner on the ground that the investigation is at the prime stage. Since the enmity is prevailing between the family of the petitioner and the defacto complainant, if the petitioner is released on bail, there is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

possibility of intimidating the witnesses and distorting the evidence. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition for bail is dismissed.
