This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the fourth respondent to consider the

representation of the petitioner dated 30.06.2020 given for building permission with respect to property situated at S.F.No.130/1, Vignesh Nagar, Kovilpalayam Road, Karuvalur Village, Avinashi Taluk, Trippur District.

2. Today, when the case is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Writ Petition has become infructuous as the fourth respondent has passed an order dated 27.06.2022 (i.e. yesterday) on the representation of the petitioner dated 30.06.2020. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also produced a copy of the order dated 27.06.2022.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No cost.
