This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 30 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case.

2. Despite notice served to the respondent and his name printed in the cause list, none appeared for the respondent.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, this Court is inclined to allow the petition.

5. Accordingly, delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
